Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all private transfers and guided tours booked with MoonRiver Travel.

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or tour start time for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Late cancellations & no-shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before pick-up, or do not show up, any deposit paid is not refunded. If no deposit was taken, there is no charge.

Flight delays

Our airport transfers are flight-tracked, so a delayed flight is never charged as a late cancellation or no-show. If your flight is cancelled, contact us and we will reschedule your transfer at no extra cost.

Weather & park closures

If we cancel a tour for safety reasons or because of a national park closure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
