Who we are

MoonRiver Travel (cédula jurídica 3-102-873140) is a tour and private airport transfer operator based in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

What we collect

Only what you enter in our booking or contact forms: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, flight number, hotel, party size and travel dates.

How we use it

To quote, confirm and operate your booking, and to contact you about it. We never sell your information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand how visitors use our site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third parties

We share information only as needed to deliver our service: WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, PayPal for payments, and Netlify for hosting our website.

Retention

Booking records are kept as required by Costa Rican tax law. Otherwise, we delete your data on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
