Terms & Conditions

The service

MoonRiver Travel (cédula jurídica 3-102-873140) operates private airport transfers and guided tours in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Bookings & quotes

A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

Prices & payment

Prices are in USD. Transfers are quoted per vehicle; tours are quoted per person. We accept cash and PayPal. National park entrance fees are included only when stated in your quote.

Pick-up & waiting time

Airport transfers include flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. For tours, please be ready at the agreed pick-up time.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid ID. Child seats can be requested in advance at no extra cost. Please follow your guide's safety instructions during tours.

Liability

Our vehicles are insured and drivers licensed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
